TRIBE at Scene 75
Tribe will be traveling to Dayton, OH to spend an afternoon gaming and playing at the one and only Scene 75 on July 1st! For those who don’t know, it is a massive facility with a huge selection of arcade games, with a go-karts course, Laser tag arena, mini- bowling lanes, sand volleyball area, 4D Theater, 2 mini golf courses, a homerun zone and an indoor roller-coaster called “the Tsunami”. This invitation is to all tribe members and their families, and extends to the 5-6th graders as well. We will be leaving 11am on Saturday July 1st (from Central United to Dayton and back) and will be returning around 4pm. Lastly, we are also in need of chaperones as well, please contact Stephen if you are interested.
First Sunday Choir
First Sunday Choir is an ad hoc group offering music for our summer worship services on first Sundays. Choir call next Sunday (July 2) is 9:30am in the Choir Room; all interested singers are welcome. If you have questions, please contact Frederick (Fred) Chatfield at (937) 478-9208.
Sunday Greeters & Communion Helpers
Sign-up to be a Sunday Greeter or a Communion Helper! There are sign-up sheets in the entryway. We would like to have 2 people for each Sunday as greeters and 4 helpers a month for communion. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.
UNITED WOMEN IN FAITH
UWF will take a summer break. There will be no UWF meetings in June, July, or August. UWF will resume in the fall, when we will elect and install our officers and have a memorial service for those women who have passed in 2022 and 2023. Mark your calendar for Thursday, Sept. 14 at 1:00, in Fellowship Hall. ALL women are welcome.

Attendance
Those of you who have been around for a while may remember signing your name on the attendance pads on Sunday mornings. We stopped this practice during the pandemic and feel it is time to bring it back! Starting July 9th, we will have attendance pads on the pews for you to “sign in.” By doing this, it will help us know who is here and who we need to reach out too. If you have any questions, please see an usher or contact the church office at 765-962-8543.
Community Food Pantry Sunday is Next Sunday!
Community Food Pantry Sunday is the second Sunday of the month. The pantry needs our contributions of food and other necessities. We are currently in need of Non-perishable items, cereal, and instant mashed potatoes. Cash contributions may also be made using the envelopes in the pew racks. Simply mark them for “Food Pantry” and place in the offering plate.
Family Dinner Church
Calling all families of all kinds! Let’s get together… and eat, chat, laugh and worship our Mighty God. Join us on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring your own food- but also- bring your family! We will have a short devotion and prayer and then the rest of the time to eat and chat. Your children will be listening and eating with you.
