Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir practices every Wednesday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm at Central UMC. This is for all adults 18+ who love to sing. Chancel performs most Sundays during worship and occasionally during special services and concerts. If you are interested in join our choir, please call the church office at 765-962-8543. No tryouts needed! All experience levels accepted.
Wesley Ringers
Wesley Ringers practices every Wednesday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm at Central UMC. This is for all adults 18+ who have an interest in hand bells. Wesley Ringers perform 1 Sunday a month and occasionally during special services and concerts. If you are interested in join Wesley Ringers, please call the church office at 765-962-8543. No tryouts needed! All experience levels accepted.
Community Choristers
Community Choristers is a new children’s choir directed by Alisa Clapp-Itnyre and Dr. Shiyu Wang. They meet every Wednesday from 4:15pm – 5:30pm starting April 3rd at Central. This choir is meant for grades 2nd – 12th. The first concert will be on Sunday, May 19th at 2pm with 2 other concerts in the works! This choir is a “Hop-on, Hop-off” choir. Meaning come to the 7 rehearsals before one concert to learn songs for it only, then “hop-off”; sip a concert and its rehearsals, then “hop-on” for the next; OR stay the whole year and sing at all 3 concerts!
